Gil Zamora is a mindful forensic sketch artist, speaker, and avid reader on how we see ourselves and others. Gil has been a sketch artist since 1995 and has worked with the most accomplished investigators in northern California.

Please complete this form as best as you can in order to start your Cognitive Sketch request. In most cases I can meet with your eyewitness (you) at your local police station. Most appointments will be made during normal business hours. If you are requesting a sketch after hours you should call me on my cell phone (408-348-9225) as well. I will return your call within minutes.

For sketch requests outside of the Bay Area I can either conduct the sketch interview via Skype™ or via Email. I will send you the questionnaire as soon as you confirm your request. ALL Major Credit Cards accepted.

Pay for your sketch first and then complete the Request Form to get your interview started. Most sketches will be created within 24 hours of your payment.
